“This ramen place has a special place in my heart, largely due to the yuzu based broth. It’s super light and refreshing, which is atypical from your traditional ramen bases. I would highly recommend to try it! The other items on the menu have been okay. The appetizers we tried (e.g., gyoza, karage) were a bit lackluster. Some of their raw items look promising but I haven’t tried it yet. The service is very warm, especially the gentleman at the front; he’s a great guy! However, the service is a little on the slower side, so beware if you are looking for a swift dinner.” — Lou Gabriel
