“Dinner at Saint Florian was a truly wonderful meal to cap off a girls weekend in Hudson. Our waiter, Josh, was incredibly attentive and helpful, offering menu suggestions and explanations. We ordered the charred snap peas, the gem Caesar salad, kale salad, bread service, the roasted cabbage entree, and knish plus a crème brûlée for dessert. Three of us shared the dishes, and we had leftovers of all items except the cabbage, so portions for the above plates are generous for the prices.
