“The Commerce Kitchen is a wonderful restaurant in Huntsville. It's an upscale Southern restaurant that has southern comfort classics renewed into high dining experience. I had the Shrimp & Grits, my first time trying the dish, it was amazing. The grits were deliciously creamy and perfect, while the shrimp was cooked nicely and easy to chew. I also ordered the parmesan fries, which were pretty typical and nothing special, but was still nice. The staff was very nice, and the atmosphere in general was relaxing.
