“For quite some time I had heard that Orsay was one of the best restaurants in the area so we decided to try it. As expected the dishes were very skillfully prepared and well presented. Starting off, the Foie Gras was exceptional and a very large portion, as was the Trois Foie Mousse. We initially had some confusion on our wine selection as we ordered a nice L'Hermitage red and after opening were poured a white. It eventually was corrected and we did receive the ordered bottle after they realized it was an inventory error.
