Their oyster shucking and variety are the best in Lancaster, their wine list is extensive, their service is friendly and attentive, and the food is always good. It’s rare I find a place in Lancaster that delivers quality every time, but proof really always does it. Just recently had their risotto dish and, after freshly coming back from Italy, it took me right back. SO GOOD.
