“Carbone Riviera was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Las Vegas. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and every course felt special. The bread service with the pickled onions, vegetables, and accompaniments was absolutely fabulous and a perfect way to start the meal. The Caesar salad was excellent and prepared tableside, which was fun to watch. The croutons were to die for!
