“We searched yelp for seafood restaurants and cured fish bar was in the list. Should’ve checked its menu before we came. Despite the restaurant setting, this is a bar with reasonable selection of wines and beverages. Food menu is short and limited to raw items with no real kitchen. The dishes are influenced by Japanese cuisine but definitely western. All seafood tastes fresh and well seasoned. The chef did the fusion well; he is creative and talented. We love the grilled mushrooms with raw egg yolk. We also ordered every item on the happy hour list as well as the online favorite Caesar salad. T” — Jenn Jiang
