This omakase spot is a little different from the traditional ones, instead of classic nigiri, they focus on hand rolls. Each piece is wrapped in crispy seaweed with rice and fresh fish, so it’s a more casual, interactive style of omakase. Personally, I tend to prefer traditional nigiri, so this wasn’t my usual go-to style. But I can definitely see how people who love sushi rolls or hand rolls would really enjoy this.
