Cafe Triste

“Cafe Triste. Supposed to be chic, I guess. In honestly, was just weirdly hostile. Walked in with my partner and the entire staff stopped to stare at us, completely deadpan, then looked away. No greeting. No acknowledgment. We stood there for a while before finally saying, “hi, table for two?” They looked at each other like we said something out of pocket and still didn’t respond. Like ten seconds later, eventually someone tells us they’re fully booked. The bar is basically empty, the restaurant has random couples sat around different points. Mind you this is like 4pm on a weekday??? Another pe” — Hercules
