“It was a good experience—I’ve had better brunch spots in the past, but overall it was still enjoyable. The space is absolutely gorgeous, with lots of plants and a really picturesque outdoor patio. We ordered the famous cornbread, but it wasn’t my favorite. I’m dairy sensitive, and the combination of heavy butter and cheese didn’t sit well with me. I even took a lactose pill beforehand, but it didn’t help much. The buttermilk biscuit, on the other hand, was my favorite—both my partner and I thought it was much better than the cornbread.
