Chef Daniel Patterson is a master at what he does and there were MULTIPLE times during this meal where I said out loud “that’s the best version that I have ever had in my life!!!” Artichoke is my favorite food in the world and the artichoke plate with the snap pea and other “spring things” to which it was referred is the best artichoke dish I’ve ever had in my life.
