“Santo in Silverlake is an absolute gem! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the Wagyu handroll was my favorite — Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had that I had to order it twice. Our server was kind, attentive, and gave us great recommendations that made the experience even better. We chose to sit outside because it was such a beautiful day, and dining indoors would have felt like a disservice to the sunlight shining through.
