“Had to return to this place after trying them for lunch last year. I liked it then so went back for one of the omakase time slots. I had high expectations and they lived up to it and then some. Every course was different, interesting, and either flavorful or delicate. There were no bad courses and so many great ones. The yuzu, the char, the fatty tuna melting in your mouth. Even the rice seemed like they put butter on individual kernels. The chef is talented and watching the knife work was better than any Food Network show.
