Michter’s The Bar at Fort Nelson

“The Bar at Fort Nelson, which is itself the bar within the Michters outpost in Louisville, was a high quality bourbon experience and one I imagine most folks would enjoy. The setup is interesting - with the check in desk on the first floor who then lets you up when there's capacity. For sure prevents the bar from being overcrowded, but it does pretty much require a reservation/extra steps. The bar itself is well appointed, if not a bit bland decorations wise. Service was solid throughout and the bourbon flight options quite fun. Would come back with friends next time I'm in Louisville.” — Jeremy Yowell
