What people say
“Food was mid at best, and most of the staff were fine but just going through the motions. The main waitress, though, was overly pushy with upsells and used guilt-based pressure around tipping despite the $21 service fee already added on. Even basic things like green tea or offering a birthday song felt more like tactics than genuine service, especially since the tea was already included in what we ordered. Overall, it didn’t feel like attentive or above-and-beyond service.” — A V
