“We made an 11am reservation on May 9th 2026. So no issues with parking, but there were a LOT of cyclists on the road to get there! Come early! We haven't been here for a few years, so we wanted to try their oysters three ways. The Hog Island Sweetwater raw oysters were delicious - mildly briny, sweet and creamy! The Smoked Oysters Hog Island Conservas were interesting and almost tasted like "meat". The Chipotle Bourbon Butter grilled oysters were sooo good! Our favorite of the three!
