“First and foremost, it's important to know that even if you have reservations, there’s an $8 charge per person, except for children, to reach the top. I think this can lead to some disappointment since expectations are raised once people have already paid to be there. Sometimes, it can be a bit surprising. I would say that there seems to be a bit of a disconnect in how things are managed. However, we were seated quite quickly, and the view was really lovely.
