“Vincent’s Italian Cuisine is now our favorite Italian restaurant. The old world decor and warm atmosphere set the tone the moment you walk in. Our server Austin gave excellent recommendations and was right about every one, especially the Chicken Marsala, boneless chicken breast sauteed in a mushroom marsala sauce with bordelaise, served with pasta in oil and garlic and a side Caesar salad. He described the sauce as thick and perfectly balanced, and he was correct. We started with a fried zucchini appetizer served with red sauce on the side, cooked perfectly.
