The food is a refined Chinese fusion, very creative and delicious - I never thought I'd enjoy pig’s ears or beef cheeks - both unique and very flavorful. Each dish was beautifully presented in different ceramic plates and bowls- very elegant and attractive. Our server, Jennifer, was terrific; she carefully explained each dish, changed the cutlery after each course, served water regularly, and asked if we needed anything else.
