From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the well dressed Raphael, the manager, who was extremely knowledgeable about the large selection including hand rolled cigars from Indonesia. Empire also has an impressive bar to pair your cigars with the drinks of your choice. I shared some 007 thELight II (tm) film stories with Raphael. He was shocked. Only down side is they should carry pipes and pipe tobacco. Hopefully next time I arrive pipe tobacco manifests.
