“I wanted to come to Terras to see the remolded version, and honestly I was not disappointed with the aesthetics. 5/5 for ambiance and atmosphere. The rooftop provides a beautiful and unique view of Miami in the heart of Little Havana. To enter one must go through the side entrance of the Jefferson hotel, where a hostess is set up to greet you before you take the elevator. Once upstairs you’re greeted again by a server and a cute little bar. We opted to sit at the bar, because we just wanted a quick drink.
