“My husband and I made a reservation here for 6pm on a Saturday night. We were seated the table closet to the door, so it was really cold because it was a cold night. Then it took over 20 minutes for a waiter to come talk to us (not an exaggeration, watched the time). We ordered meatballs as an appetizer which was $18 for 3, and they came out suspiciously quick after ordering them. Then they were partially undercooked.
