“We absolutely loved dining at Cotto. The ambiance inside is very cosy and the food was quite delicious. They are a BYOB restaurant so come prepared with your own drinks. My girlfriend got a mocktail and she said it was one of the better ones she’s had. Our appetizers the rock shrimp crostino and the baked oysters. The oyster are such a great deal! They come 4 per plate for $21 and are topped with little fish roe. We got two pastas: the spicy rigatoni and the cassarece. If you don’t mind a bit of spice, the rigatoni absolutely hit the spot.
