“My wife and I have been to Tulia's all around Naples and the Bar Tulia in the Mercato also doesn't disappoint. We began with the brussels sprouts and enjoyed the Bucatini and the Rigatoni-all were amazing. The staff was just attentive and sweet. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and it is located in the Mercato so you can take a walk and enjoy some shopping after a delicious meal.
