“We just wanted some pizza on our way out of town. We selected based on the posted menu, not realizing it has a Michelin star. It was impressive. We started with the caprese salad which had celery leaves as well a purple basil and heirloom tomatoes. We went with the employee special which had two slices of prosciutto on it and finished with a peach Panna cotta. The dessert was our least favorite - it was good and clean tasting with the peaches in an almost peach crisp granola. The whipped cream had a bit of a salt taste which made the dish not sweet at all. It was good but not a sweet dessert. ” — H RB
