“This is a teriffic restaurant, our first visit was this evening. The charcuterie was excellent, they raise their own pork, and cure their own salumi, The prosciutto was fantastic, nicely aged, not too dry, excellent texture. Accompaniments were house made picked vegetables from their garden, even house made Dijon. Perfect. Really enjoyed the Waygu Burger, wow, it was awesome, came out juicy and hot, right off the grill, dressed with home cured bacon, with a large serving of really crispy fries and a salad with a very nice, light vinaigrette.
