“As a gluten-free girlie, I was so pleasantly surprised by Casa Louie. All of their small plates are gluten-free, along with most of their main dishes, which is such a win! I ordered the chicken parmesan and wow…it was absolutely delicious. Even my mom tried it and couldn’t tell the difference! We also shared the burrata with pistachio pesto, which I highly recommend.
