“March 2026: Audette is the new restaurant (2025) that replaced the Bourchard's restaurant as part of the Bouchard inn. It is a very elegant restaurant with great service. I really enjoyed all my choices, they were all French classics but with a modern twist. I had a French onion soup, it has no cheese melted on top, nor did it have bread inside the soup, instead bread with melted cheese was served on the side. The soup was very flavorful and so was bread with cheese. Fois gras was served on top of a custard with cranberries - the flavors went so well together.
