“Bar Bushido far exceeded expectations in regards to gluten free dining. We sat in the front izakaya section on a Saturday night and had a reservation which I’d recommend at peak times but they do have some walk in spaces. The allergy labeling on the menu was very helpful and about 90 percent of the menu could be made gf. They maintain a separate fryer and the staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination. We used the QR code ordering system and had no trouble adding allergy notes. My celiacs partner had no symptoms after eating here.
