“Belly is a quiet little spot on College Ave right off the Rockridge BART station. We came around noon on a weekday and were pretty much the only patrons there for the duration of our meal outside of a handful of takeout orders. Service was a little rough since there was only one person working, so we had to flag them down whenever we needed anything. That said, I completely sympathize with how tough it is to run a restaurant in the current environment, and I appreciated the effort. We started with the kimchi arancini balls, which were excellent.
