“We were here during Memorial Day weekend as it was also my wife's birthday. We stayed at the resort for a couple of days for the first time, as we have always wanted to stay here, and they did not disappoint. We Dined at Amatista our first night and everything was just incredible. We started off with the Braised Oxtail Crostini, let me tell you, that was one of the best things i have had.
