“First time at Helios Grand and we absolutely loved it! The staff is kind and helpful, with the attitude that is expected at a premier destination. We got a theme park view and it was gorgeous, the most comfortable place to watch Celestial Goodnight, in your room sofa (and they have a special channel to play the music at the same time). Rooms are soundproof (you would not be able to tell you are next to a theme park), everything is super clean. Flora Taverna is a great spot to have breakfast if what's at the theme park is not your thing, and the Gelatos are Aurora are delicious. The 10th floor ” — Ximena Suarez
