“We stayed here last October for a girls’ trip and had one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Paul, the wonderful French gentleman at the pool, who went above and beyond. We mentioned that we loved strawberry oat milk matcha lattes, and even though they weren’t on the menu, he happily made them for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one of those little touches that made our stay unforgettable.
