“RUMBA has a really cool upstairs ambiance and the vibe is definitely one of the best parts of the restaurant. The greeters were also very welcoming both times I visited. Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the atmosphere. The tacos were drenched in sauce, the fries had almost no flavor and some were even green. The chicken sandwich was actually good, and the duck empanadas were decent, but the guacamole was extremely garlicky and tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge instead of being freshly made.
