So far we have tried a few different dishes. For appetizers, we had PÂTÉ EN CROÛTE AUX CHAMPIGNONS D'HIVER and ESCARGOTS AND MARROW BONE. My husband was a huge fan of the marrow bone. He said it was rich in flavor and had a buttery/creamy texture.
