Garden Restaurant at the Barnes Foundation

“High expectations for this restaurant, but only the food missed the mark. Everything was heavily salty and seasoned. The chips were homemade and complementary, which we appreciated, but they were very salty. The hamburger had a nice runny egg yolk, it was on the smaller end for patty size, the brioche bun was nicely toasted. Fingerling potatoes were heavily seasoned as well. Forest mushroom bucatini had a great pasta, but the sauce was so salty. The cashew truffle oil did not balance the dish at all. This dish was so disappointing.
