“Tried the MBC Experience ($40 per person), a 4-course chef’s choice menu for two. They started with chips and salsa where it was watery and no taste in salsa. The first course was the highlight - queso and shrimp/octopus ceviche with chips were both delicious. The cauliflower taco was raw atleast they could have boiled or blanched the cauliflower with Brussels sprouts and the chicken taco with garlic mole sauce was decent.
