I ordered the New York steak, which was cooked to perfection at the temperature I requested, and it was also butterflied and bursting with flavor, the same for the filet mignon my wife ordered. It was perfectly paired with a bottle of The Prisoner red blend wine. Both the food and the service were outstanding. We had dinner on Saturday evening, and our reservation was honored promptly, even though the restaurant was quite busy.
