“We ordered a variety of dishes: Fried Chicken & Waffle, B.L.A.T.(bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato on sourdough) and Slabtown (Benedict with thick ham). But the shinning star was the Fire Roasted Shakshuka (Caramelized onion & stewed tomato sauce, blistered cherry tomatoes, topped with queso fresco, poached eggs, & toast). I had the Benedict which was everything you'd want in that dish. I brought my trusty Cajun spice that I usually add to savory breakfast dishes but it sat unused because my Benedict did not lack flavor. It was fine as is.
