We stated with oysters which were local and fresh - we loved the eye droppers of sauce which let you try each one without a mess. The hamachi crudo was fantastic and we wanted to drink the sauce. Black cod fritters were amazing. They come hot and were perfection. The lettuce for the salad was was probably picked that morning. Bay scallop crudo was also amazing.
