“Chef Mark Garcia is the best! Unexpectedly, my mom and I were the only ones there, so he was extra attentive and kind. We both really enjoyed every course. We had the 10-piece omakase course. Fish was super fresh, rice was made so well. My favorite piece was the otoro, and my mom's was the seabream. Pictured is the otoro and scallop because I was impressed by the scoring on the scallop. Rice to fish ratio was ON POINT - not much rice, good size piece of fish. Dessert was actually scrumptious - loved the mochi-wafer and the vanilla gelato was delicious.
