“The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the decor is exactly my style, playful, artistic, and full of pink details that make the whole place feel unique and fun. The only reason I’m not giving more stars is the luggage service. When we arrived around 7:30 PM yesterday, there was no one available to help us with our bags. We were traveling with six suitcases, so assistance would have made a huge difference. Another issue was the luggage cart.
