“We had a picture perfect night at Rouser during our stay at the Asher Adams hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she had a perfect birthday weekend. We started with drinks at Bar 119 upstairs, then enjoyed delectable dishes from the Josper charcoal grill. Our favorites were the parker house rolls, steak tartare with bone marrow, prawns with curry (nice heat), scallops over risotto, beets and the Josper Mac and cheese (ordered another immediately).
