“As hotel guests, we were looking forward to enjoying the convenience of the on-site rooftop restaurant, but unfortunately our experience at Borrego Rooftop was disappointing. The biggest issue was the service it was extremely slow. It took far too long just to receive simple drinks. We returned later that evening hoping for a better experience, but it was still frustrating. We were allowed to place an order, but when the drinks were brought out, we were told it was “last call.” This was confusing since it was only 10:30 PM.
