The idea of a pasta tasting menu, a true pasta tasting menu where ALL of the courses are pasta, is something I didn't know existed. But I'm so glad it does. I've been on a pasta exploration of the city and SQPR had some of the most interesting and tasty pasta dishes I've tried. The gnudi and agnolotti were probably my favorites, and the cherry dish was the most unique. They could almost serve it at the end as a dessert pasta.
