This is the kind of place where you can tell every detail has been considered, from the food to the energy in the room. The Caesar with salmon was easily one of the best I’ve had. Crisp, fresh lettuce, perfectly balanced dressing, and a beautifully cooked salmon that felt clean and high quality, not heavy, not overdone.
