“Went to Solevo today for what ended up being happy hour. Haven’t been in the restaurant at all in quite some time so I wanted to go back. Atmosphere is excellent, it’s a smaller space but overall comfortable with a classic black and white ensemble. Many restaurants in Saratoga are on the smaller side but this has a very NYC vibe. I sat at the bar, had two great male bartenders take care of me and from what I could see the other waitresses on the floor were also attentive.
