“Grano has a prime location and plenty of seating, which initially gave me high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. The service was extremely disappointing. We constantly had to flag down servers for even the most basic requests. You could easily sit for 20–30 minutes without anyone checking on your table or even noticing you needed assistance. As for the food, the only positive was the fresh bread. Everything else was a letdown.
