What people say
“For my wife and I, dinner at Montevino Italian was one of the highlights of our visit to the Aspen area. The food was outstanding and creative (oxtail ravioli and risotto with braised bison rib - all pasta is housemade) and the outdoor seating was perfect for the day. The wine list was extensive and interesting. But the most memorable part of our visit was the service. The owner and our waiter were clearly dedicated to us having a perfect dining experience, and they succeeded. Their enthusiasm for both our visit and the restaurant's offerings was genuine and warm. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!” — Mark Monaghan
