“Maven is more than a restaurant, it feels like being welcomed into someone’s home. Every dish carried so much heart that you could genuinely feel the chef’s soul in the food. It’s comforting, nostalgic, and beautifully executed without ever feeling pretentious. We started with the warm challah served alongside the silkiest chicken liver mousse, followed by the BBQ salami with mustard, which was smoky, rich, and incredibly satisfying.
